HALF & HALF Wall is an exploration of contrast—where opposing forms coexist in quiet harmony, revealing different identities from day to night. It challenges the way we perceive a luminous object, bringing it to life even when the light itself is absent.
By day, the ceramic upper section asserts its presence. Defined by a distinctive cross form, it interacts with natural light to reveal texture, depth, and character—an object that stands on its own, independent of illumination.
By night, the balance shifts. The opaline glass hemisphere below emits a soft, diffused glow, offering a more familiar, comforting light. This lower element embraces a traditional approach, designed to perform when illumination is needed most.
Together, these two elements exist as separate yet connected identities—much like day and night themselves. The result is a sculptural wall light that is never static, always evolving with its environment.
The wall-mounted version extends freely across the surface, projecting up to 180 degrees, giving it a sense of movement and presence beyond its form.
